Many want words and angst, printed or spoken, to frame their poems, to build bridges and bulwarks out of and against the silence. Stay there. In the silence. Your whole life speaks volumes in that mouth-taped muteness.

Many view time as measured and held lankily together within the skin of our lifetimes. From this bi-pedal pedestal, past, present, and future are over-valued in done, doing, and what to do. We tense. The metronome of silence missteps and marches that different drummer into the wilderness. Stop!

Okay, now go.



Seeing is not believing. Seeing is beyond belief. Believing is blindness. The loss of sight stuns. Isn't that where you want to be - back at the beginning with jellybean eyes time and time again? Give us this day our daily glasses. Then smash them.

The camera is an appendage through which I explore the desert with an aim to create artistic images of my experiences in the landscapes where I live using natural light and color, incorporating abstract and impressionist compositions. All abstract and impressionistic images created in-camera.
